From 09 to 13 October, Sofitel Saigon Plaza will welcome
Michelin Star Chef Fabien Mengus as part of the hotel’s quarterly Michelin Star
Chef showcase. During the event at L’Olivier restaurant, Chef Fabien will be
presenting his signature dishes that showcase his culinary philosophy. Please
