- Responsibilities:
Report to: CEO and CFO of the Korean headquarters.
• Supervising the Finance department, managing budgets, and overseeing audit functions.
• Collaborating with department heads to monitor and provide recommendations for each department.
• Directing and reviewing financial planning and budget management, including financial statements and reports.
• Partnering with C-suite members, offering commercial and operational support, and facilitating change.
• Managing risk, analyzing liabilities and investments, establishing finance KPIs, and ensuring sustainable cash flow.
• Controlling procurement policy, managing investor relationships, implementing investment strategies, and other duties assigned by the CFO.

- Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; having professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance within garment/textile industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Finance Director.
• Profound knowledge of corporate financial laws, financial analysis, and consolidated reporting.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Korean & English.
