This fast-growing company has just started its operations in My Phuc 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong, and looking for a highly positive and challenging person who wants to develop a long-term career and experience innovative management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team members to achieve company and team targets and train them for their career development
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Enforce productivity enhancement and quality control policies
• Deploy and carry out LEAN tools
• Supervise and support office workers
• Others to achieve higher performance

Key Requirements:
• Education: Preferably bachelor’s degree
• Experienced in similar positions before. Or, Willing to develop his/her career at a start-up company
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Intermediate level of English or Vietnamese
• Positive and proactive
