Overall:

Vietnamese fashion brand is 12 years old.
TheAbout 10% of the brand is for children.
The products are mostly distributed in COOP Mart, Big C, VinatexMart.

Qualification:

The Team Leader should be comfortable with:
1/ Building collections (Collection of 70 styles should be ready every two weeks)
2/ Working with a team of 7-8 designers, 1-2 graphic designers, 2 pattern makers

The Team Leader must:

1/ Speak either English or Vietnamese
2/ be comfortable managing Vietnamese designers.
3/ have strong experience with fashion design (major) and production (minor).

Working condition:

Position is full time and based in Binh Thanh District.
Salary offer is $3,000 USD per month and up.
