Tournament schedule

Friday, 14th of June 2013
All day : Make registering and practice round at Club house
All day : 1.080.000 VND for 18 holes inclusive of green, caddy, buggy fees

Saturday, 15th of June 2013
06:00 – 10:00 : Free use of the driving range and range balls for Golfers who attend the
tournament
06:00 – 10:30 : Check-in and receive door-gift
11:30 – 11:45 : Opening tournament and take photos
12:00 : Tournament round – shotgun start (Snacks will be served on the course
during tournament period)
18:30 –21:00 : BBQ Sea Food Buffet party at Driving Range of Sea Links Golf

Tournament format
Individual Stroke play - 18 holes
Divisions:
- Members Net Division                      - Handicap 0 - 32
- Men Gross Division                         - Without Handicap
- Ladies Gross Division                      - Without Handicap
- Men Net Divisions                            - Division A _ handicap 0 – 14
                                                        - Division B _ handicap 15 – 28
- Ladies Net Division                          - Handicap 0 – 32
- Men and Ladies Callaway Division     - Without handicap

Handicap
- Maximum handicap for Men: 28_ Ladies: 32
- All players had an unofficial handicap and/or a handicap over the above maximum
handicap will be played Callaway Division
- Maximum negative strokes is three (-3), applied to the tournament divisions playing with a
handicap.
- In case of a negative result equal, lower handicap wins


*** Callaway Division for Men and Ladies – without official handicap will be given a handicap using “Callaway System Menthol”
*** All Players with an official handicap must declare their lowest handicap, confirmed by the Tournament Committee
*** The tournament organization will be applied handicap of May 2013
