Dear VBF Board’s members,

We are going to submit our comments regarding the Cybersecurity
Law to the government and would like to enclose the documents for your
information.

The official text
of the Law signed by the State’s President has not been issued yet. However, we
have been recently informed on the latest version - Law No. 24/2018/QH14 ?
which was made with slight changes compared to the version 20 and could be
potentially seen as the final one. We would enclosed this version (in
trackchange format) for your reference.
